摘要
合成了1-苯基-3-甲基-4-三氟乙酰基-5-吡唑啉酮缩水杨酰肼席夫碱,并对其进行了结构表征,预测其可能是一类很好的三齿配体.活性测定结果表明,此配体对革兰氏阳性-金黄色葡萄球菌和革兰氏阴性-大肠杆菌均有较强的抑制作用.
A new compound derived from 1phenyl3methyl4trifluoroacetylpyrazolone5 and salicylic compoud hydrazide have been synthesized and characterized by IR and UV. The results show that the new compound may be a neutrals tridentate ligand and its bacteriostatic activity measured by paper disc method have good inhibiting functions for both Grampositive bacteria-Staphylococcus aureus and Gramnegative bacteria-Escherichia coli, which provides scientific basis for determining the biological activities of its complexes.
