摘要
分析了用F -P标准具作光谱测量时使用传统公式的不足 ,推导出求波长差真值的公式 .通过实例计算给出二者求波长差的结果 ,分析了传统公式产生误差的原因 ,并给出修正公式 .
It is discussed that the shortcoming on the traditional dispersion formula of F P etalon when it is used for light spectrum measurement.A formula which can give precise result is introduced.The difference between the results which are computed by the traditional dispersion formula and the new one is given by means of a practical example.The factors that lead to the gap are also analyzed,and then a remedied formula instead of the traditional one is put forward.
