摘要
研制了一种用步进电机驱动的同步电子送经和卷取控制系统。该控制系统在织造时使经纱保持张力稳定,并通过强大的控制程序来消除停车稀密路,该控制系统不但可以实现均匀卷取,还能织造变纬密织物,可用于特殊织物的开发。
A synchronous electronic let-off and take-up control system is developed. The control system can keep the warp tension constant during the weaving instant, releasing the warp tension when loom is stopping and straining warp when loom is starting. By means of these functions, the stop mark of the woven fabrics is eliminated by powerful program. In addition, this device can apply to weaving variant-pick-density fabrics and some special fabrics.
