摘要
为实现对运动图像数据DCT变换前的分块预处理，并满足数据处理的连续性，设计了StripBuffer电路，并在计算机上进行了FPGA模拟，分析了其时序和结果。
This StripBuffer circuit is designed to realize the block-segment preprocessing before motion image DCT transformation. This StripBuffer can also satisfy the continuity of the data processing.FPGA simulation about the StripBuffer is conducted in computer, its timing and results are also analyzed.
