摘要
采用粒子图像测速技术对平板类铸件浇注过程水模拟的充型自由表面速度场进行了测试分析。用气泡作为示踪粒子,对底注式、阶梯式和缝隙式浇注系统进行了水模拟研究,建立了底注式浇注系统液体充型过程的自由表面速度场。结果表明,所建立的自由表面速度场能定量地反映充型过程的液体自由表面状态。
In this paper,it is tested that the surface velocity fields of the pl anar casting water simulation using the Digital Particle Image Velocimetry technology DPIV. Using t he air bubbles as seeding particles,It was studied the bottom gating?the step gating and the slo t gating system respectively,and reconstructed the surface velocity fields of the bottom gatin g. The experiment proved that the reconstructed surface velocity fields can quantify the actual su rface status of the fluid flowing.
