摘要
企业的组织结构是管理企业的基础 ,是联系各项管理工作的纽带 ,直接关系到企业能否发挥自身的竞争力。在网络经济时代 ,掌握企业组织结构变迁的趋势 ,对于企业具有十分重要的意义。本文在介绍网络经济时代特征的基础上 ,从技术发展的角度研究网络经济对企业组织结构的影响 ,并阐述了企业组织结构变迁的趋势。
The enterprise structure is the basis of management. It is a connection among different management processes. It is also directly concerned with the competitive advantage of the enterprise. In the era of Internet economy, it is very important to master the trends of the structure transformation. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the new age, this paper makes a study on the affection of Internet economy on the structure transformation. And it discusses the trend of the transformation.
