摘要
生技霉素是一个多组分的基因工程杂合抗生素 ,含有主要成分 4” O 异戊酰螺旋霉素Ⅲ、Ⅱ、Ⅰ(生技霉素A1、B1、E1)和其它 4” O 酰化螺旋霉素及少量杂质。采用逆流分配层析、碱性硅胶柱层析和中压柱层析等分离方法 ,从生技霉素混合物中又分离得到一个新的小组分———生技霉素B0 。经UV、IR、FAB MS、1H NMR、13 C NMR和1H 1HCOSY等光谱分析表明 ,生技霉素B0 的结构为 4” O ( 3 甲基 2 丁烯酰 )螺旋霉素Ⅱ ,是一个新的 4” O 酰化螺旋霉素类抗生素。
Shengjimycins are a group of hybrid of antibiotics 4' O acylspiramycins which contain the major components, 4' O isovalerylspiramycin Ⅲ, Ⅱ, Ⅰ (Shengjimycin A 1, B 1, E 1), and some other 4' O acylspiramycins and few impurities. The isolation and structure identification of a new minor component shengjimycin B 0 is reported in this paper. On the basis of spectral analysis including UV, IR, FAB MS, 1H NMR , 13 C NMR and 1H 1H COSY, the structure of shengjimycin B 0 was elucidated as 4' O (3 methyl 2 butenyl) spiramycin Ⅱ, which was a novel hybrid antibiotic in the family of 4' O acylspiramycins.
