摘要
从分析碟形弹簧设计问题入手,提出了厚板剪切假设和垂直挠度假设以及两个新的角位移参量,建立了厚板弯曲变形理论,并将该理论运用于碟形弹簧设计中。通过建立数学模型,分析了碟形弹簧的载荷与位移特性,得到了新的设计计算解,从而扩大了碟形弹簧常规法设计解的设计范围,可用于涡轮钻具中小直径比的碟形弹簧的设计。设计实例表明,新的计算解方便实用,实测精度高。
By analyzing the design of Bellevlle springs in downhole tools, as turbodrill and vibroshock, assumptions of shear-deformation and penpendicular flexibility and two independent parameters of deflection are introduced into thicks plates。On the basis of these, the bending-deformation theory is established and applied to designing Belleville springs. Through the model set up, the characteristics of load-deflection are reviewed for the Belleville springs and a new general solution of the model is abtained, enlarging thus the use scope of shear-deformation theory. Practiceal design demonstrates that the new solution abtained is convenient to operate and accurate to mearsure.
