摘要
国有企业改制的步伐将进一步加快。在深化国有企业改制中,仍需要注意防止企业国有资产流失;维护好改制企业广大职工的利益;引进竞争机制,全面考核,选好企业"当家人";为企业改制创造良好的外部环境。
The pace of restructuring state-owned enterprises will be accelerated.However, much more attention should be paid to avoiding the loss of assets, safeguarding the interests of staff and workers, introducing competitive mechanism ard selecting the 'masters' of the enterprises by means of all-round evaluation,so as to create a favorable external environment for restructuring.
