摘要
在介绍顾客盈利能力理论的基础上,提出了控制顾客流失率的6点有效措施;在对顾客盈利水平的差异及影响顾客盈利能力的3点要素进行分析的基础上,探讨了如何利用顾客的盈利能力来为企业带来更大的价值贡献.
According to the theory of customer′s profit ability, the paper suggests six effective measures to control the proportion of customer drop out. Having analysed the differences in customer′s profit levels and the main elements affecting the customer′s profit ability, the paper discusses how to use the customer′s profit ability to make more valuable contributions to enterprises.
