摘要
目的:采用 HPLC 法测定安乃近片的含量。方法:采用 shrisorb—ODS 色谱柱,甲醇:水:三乙胺(40:60:0.25)为流动相,用磷酸调 PH 为3.5。紫外检测波长为266nm。结果:测定校正因子 f=0.6257±0.0055,回归方程 As:Ar=0.2049c—0.04112,r=0.9995,回收率平均值为99.5%,RSD=0.88%符合要求。结论:该测定方法主药保留时间适宜,分离度好。
Object:To determine Analgin Tablet Content by HPLC.Methods:Adopting shrisorb-ODS chromatographic column,Methanol:Water:Ttriethylamine(40:60:0.25)as mobile phase,Adjusted pH at 3.5 with phosphoric acid.Ultraviolet detection wavelength at 266nm.Results:Determined correction factor f=0.6257±0.0055.Regression equation As:Ar= 0.2049c-0.04112,r=0.9995.Average value of recovery rate at 99.5%;RSD=0.88%.All these accorded with the demands.Conclusion.The determination method with suitable retention time of main medicines and good resolution.
