摘要 研究基质金属蛋白酶 1 (MMP1 )和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制物 1 (TIMP1 )基因在肺鳞癌、肺腺癌中的表达。方法 :利用含 4 0 96个基因的cDNA微阵列检测肺鳞癌、肺腺癌组织与正常肺组织的差异表达基因 ,重点分析MMP1 ,TIMP1在肺鳞癌与肺腺癌中的表达。结果 :MMP1 ,TIMP1基因在肺鳞癌与肺腺癌中均表达上调。结论 :MMP1 ,TIMP1在肺鳞癌、肺腺癌中均出现表达上调 ,可作为肺鳞癌。 Objective To investigate the gene expression of matrix metalloproteinases 1( MMP 1) and tissue inhibitors of matrix metalloprotainases 1( TIMP 1) in squmas cell lung cancer and adenocarcinoma .Methods Gene expression profile cDNA microarray cgntaining 4 096 genes was used to identify differentially expressed genes in squmas cell lung cancer and adenocarcinoma,and to analyze the gene expression of MMP1 and TIMP 1.Results Gene MMP1 and TIMP 1 were differentially expressed in both squmas cell lung cancer and adenocarcinoma,and both of them were up regulated. Conclusion MMP 1 and TIMP 1 may be important molecular markers of squmas cell lung cancer and adenocarcinoma.
