摘要
用稳定连续波激光对碲镉汞红外光电探测器进行辐照研究 ,得到了不同激光辐照功率密度下探测器的响应情况 ,发现了探测器的新的非线性效应——混沌及“零输出”现象。并对混沌进行了诊断 。
A stable continuous wave laser was used in our experiment to irradiate infrared photoelectric detectors. The responses of the detectors were obtained under different laser irradiation power densitys, and the new nonlinear effects chaos and 'zero output' of the detectors were discovered. The diagnosis of the chaos and the experimental results were discussed in this paper.
