摘要
本文观察不同甲状腺功能状态下的 RBC T_3、T_4及摄取率变化。38例甲亢患者 RBC T_3、T_4及摄取率分别高于正常组,其中5例治疗后下降;13例甲减患者 RBC T_3及摄取率、RBC T_4均低于正常组,RBC T_4摄取率与正常组无差异,其中8例治疗后上升;12例 NTI RBC T_3及摄取率、RBCT_4摄取率与正常组无差异,RBC T_4低于正常组。
In this study,the peripheral red blood cell T_3 or T_4 concentration(RBC T_3RBC T_4)and RBC uptake rate of T_3 or T_4 were measured in 26 normal subjects.But wefound that RBC T3,RBC T4 and RBC uptake rate of T3 or T4 were elevated in all 38patients with hyperthyroidism,5 of whom had their T3 and T4 became decreased afterantithyroid agents therapy.However,RBC T_3 and RBC uptake rate of T3,RBC T4 werebelow the normal range in all 13 patients with hypothyroidism,but RBC uptake of T4was in the normal range,8 out of the 13 had correction in elevation after being treatedwith thyioid extrect;RBC T3 and RBC uptake of T3 or T4 were in normal range in 9■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■. while RBC T4 was below the normal range,
