摘要
应用ANSYS有限元分析软件 ,建立了货车轮对滚动轴承压装过程的状态接触模型 ,并进行压装过程求解分析 ,得出压装力—位移 (Fp -x)的分段拟合方程和高次拟合方程和压装力—位移曲线。本文所得结论为货车轮对滚动轴承压装质量的判断提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the contact model was established in the ANSYS software to simulate the process of pressing the bearing into the wheel of the freight train, the model was solved by numerical method, the sectional fitting equation, the high degree fitting equation and the fitting curves was obtained between the pressure and the displacement. The result can be used to estimate the quality of the process of pressing bearing into the wheel.
