摘要
目的研究文拉法辛联合氨磺必利治疗抑郁症的临床效果。方法选取2014年7月—2015年5月重庆市精神病院收治的76例抑郁症患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各38例。对照组给予文拉法辛治疗,观察组给予文拉法辛联合氨磺必利治疗。观察两组患者的临床效果、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者HAMD-17评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组HAMD-17评分低于对照组,两组患者HAMD-17评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论文拉法辛联合氨磺必利治疗抑郁症的效果确切,能明显改善患者的抑郁症状,且安全性较高。
Objective To study the clinical eficacy of venlafaxine combined with amisulpride in the treatment of depressive disorder. Methods A total of 74 depressive disorder patients in Psychiatry Hospital of Chongqing from July 2014 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with venlafaxine,while the observation group was treated with venlafaxine combined with amisulpride. The clinical eficacy,Hamilton's Depression Scale( HAMD- 17) score and occurrence of adverse reaction were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group( P < 0. 05). Before treatment,HAMD- 17 score between the two groups showed no significant differences( P > 0. 05). After treatment,the HAMD-17 score of observation group was lower than the control group,HAMD- 17 score of two groups were lower than before treatment( P < 0. 05). The occurrence of adverse reaction rate between the two groups showed no significant differences( P > 0. 05).Conclusion The clinical eficacy of venlafaxine combined with amisulpride in the treatment of depressive disorder is exact,can significantly improve the symptom of depressive disorder,and its security is high.
