摘要
目的探讨曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病合并左心功能不全的临床疗效及其对患者心功能的影响。方法选取长江大学附属仙桃市第一人民医院2016年2月—2017年2月收治的老年冠心病合并左心功能不全患者74例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各37例。对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用曲美他嗪治疗,两组患者均持续治疗1年。比较两组患者治疗前后心功能指标〔左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)及N末端B型利钠肽原(NT-proBNP)〕及心功能分级,并观察两组患者不良心血管事件发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者LVEF、LVEDV、NT-proBNP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者LVEF高于对照组,LVEDV、NT-proBNP低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者心功能分级优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良心血管事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病合并左心功能不全的临床疗效确切,其可有效改善患者心功能,且安全性高。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of trimetazidine in treating elderly coronary heart disease complicated with left ventricular dysfunction and the impact on cardiac function of patients.Methods A total of 74 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with left ventricular dysfunction were selected from February 2016 to February 2017 in Xiantao First People’s Hospital Affiliated to Yangtze University,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,observation group was treated with trimetazidine based on control group,both groups were treated for 1 year.The cardiac function indexes(LVEF,LVEDV,NT-proBNP)before and after treatment,cardiac functional grading were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse cardiac events were observed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant differences of LVEF,LVEDV or NT-proBNP between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group of LVEF was higher than control group,LVEDV and NT-proBNP were lower than control group(P<0.05).The cardiac functional grading of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).No significant difference of the incidence rate of adverse cardiac events was found between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine has an exact clinical effect in treating elderly coronary heart disease complicated with left ventricular dysfunction,which can effectively improve the heart function of elderly patients,and with high safety.
