摘要
目的观察血清肿瘤标志物在胃癌患者中的变化特点。方法回顾性分析医院2017年1-12月经手术与病理检查确诊的胃癌患者120例临床资料,将其作为观察组。选择同期医院进行体检的健康对象120例作为对照组。检测并比较2组血清糖类抗原199(CA199)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、癌胚抗原(CEA)水平,以及不同胃癌分期患者血清CA199、CA125、CEA水平。同时,随访1年,观察观察组胃癌患者的预后情况。结果观察组血清CA199、CA125、CEA水平均高于对照组(P <0. 01)。Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期胃癌患者血清CA199、CA125、CEA水平均高于Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期(P <0. 01)。观察组CA199、CA125、CEA水平阴性患者无复发生存率为40. 00%,高于阳性患者的15. 38%(P <0. 05)。结论血清CA199、CA125、CEA水平检测因于胃癌患者中明显升高,对于诊断与预后评价具有重要意义,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the value of serum tumor markers in the diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with gastric cancer diagnosed by operation and pathological examination from January to December in 2017 were retrospectively analyzed and used as observation group.120 healthy subjects who had undergone physical examination at the same time as the control group were selected as the control group.Serum carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),serum tumor marker carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)levels,and serum CA199,CA125,and CEA levels in patients with different gastric cancer staging were detected and compared between the two groups.After 1 year of follow-up,the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer was observed.Results The serum levels of CA199,CA125 and CEA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The serum levels of CA199,CA125 and CEA in patients with stageⅢand stageⅣgastric cancer were higher than those in stageⅠand stageⅡ(P<0.01).The recurrence-free survival rate of patients with negative CA199,CA125,and CEA levels was 40.00%in the observation group,which was 15.38%higher than that in the positive patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of serum CA199,CA125 and CEA levels is of great significance for the diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer,and it is worthy of clinical application.
