摘要 快速工具技术是当今快速成形技术的重要研究内容之一 ,在介绍EDM电极快速制备工艺的基础上 ,研究了基于小功率激光烧结系统的EDM电极快速制备工艺 ,并深入分析了工艺过程的影响因素 。 Rapid Tooling is an important research content of Rapid Prototyping. Based on the introduction of rapid manufacturing technology of EDM electrode, a typical technology of this kinds, rapid manufacturing EDM electrode by SLS system with low power laser is introduced in detail, then, influential factors and the wearing mechanism of the EDM electrode made with this kind of technology, are analyzed systematically.
