摘要
运用系统科学的理论和方法,对超量恢复原理在体育运动应用中的局限性和体育运动作用下人体系统有序结构的发展进行探讨,指出:体育运动是人们有意识地促进人体系统的功能反作用于结构,通过运动负荷这一外界约束,促使人体系统远离平衡状态,通过各组织器官的非线性相互作用机制,从外界输入负熵流,使人体系统跃迁到更为有序的分支上,提高人体系统的有序结构,提高人体系统的功能,增强体质。
The limitation of supercompensation principle applying in sport and the development of the orderly structure of the body under the condition of exercises were discussed by means of theories and methods of the systemic science. It was pointed out that exercise training is that people consciously promote the functions of the body so as to improve its structure. The restriction from the outside, the workload urges the body system to be far away from the balance state. Through the nonlinear interaction mechanism of tissues and organs as well as through the input of negentropy from the outside the system of the body transits to the branch of a better order to improve the orderly structure and the functions of the body system, so that the constitution of the body will be strengthened.
