摘要 介绍了一种薄壁管胀接的工艺试验方法。重点对低压加热器采用的胀接工艺试验程序进行了叙述。通过合理选择胀接试样 ,并对试验数据进行分析处理 ,获得了保证接头胀接质量的标称扭矩 。 A procedure test method relative to thin-wall tube strength expansion was introduced in this paper. A rolling expansion method for tube to tube-sheet of 60MW low pressure heater is discussed in the article . A diagram of torque-force required to tear off tube was obtained according to the data received from the tension test about the expansion test sample. On condition that force required to tear off tube must be greater than the minimum force required to tear off tube, the force required to tear off tube corresponding to nominal torque must be nearest to the maximum force required to tear off tube, at the same time ,the test sample must be accepted by watertightness test . The quality of low pressure heater can be guaranteed using nominal torque. This method is also used in procedure test in other similar product.
