栅格形状对金属栅格透明导电膜性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本实验针对正三角形、正方形和正六边形三种不同形状的栅格,进行了理论光透过率分析,指出在实用的栅格参数下,正六边形栅格基元具有相对较高的光透过率,以及随栅格线宽增加光透过率减小的最少。柔印过程中不可避免地栅格线宽增加使透明导电膜的实际光透过率低于其理论值,但三种形状栅格膜间的光透过率相差不大,导电性却相差较大,品质因子差异明显。其中,正六边形的品质因子最高,为6.04,较次高的正方形栅格高了21%。 In this paper,the Hght transmittance of the triangle,square,and hexagon grid is theoretically analyzed,illustrating that under the practical lattice parameters,hexagonal grid unit has the relatively higher light transmittance than others and its light transmittance reduce caused by the increase of line width is minimum.The grid of three different geometries,with the same theoretical transmittance,is made via flexographic printing.The result shows that the actual light transmittance of the printed transparent conductive films is lower than their theoretical hght transmittance due to the inevitable width increase of printed grid lines and has little difference among three geometries.However,their conductivity is greatly different.The quality factor Q is also very different.The Q of hexagonal metal grid is maximum and is 6.04,21% higher than that of the square metal grid.
