摘要
目的综述基于聚合物胶束、聚合物囊泡、介孔二氧化硅纳米粒、脂质体作为pH响应型纳米载体在肿瘤靶向药物递送系统中的研究进展,以期为后续研究提供参考。方法以'pH响应型''药物递送系统''靶向治疗'等为关键词,组合查询了在PubMed、Elsevier、SpringerLink、中国知网、万方、维普等数据库中的相关文献,并对其中的30篇中外文献进行归纳、分析、总结。结果 pH响应型纳米载体是一类能够根据外界pH的变化而改变自身物理化学性质的功能性聚合物,从而达到靶向控释药物。近年来,由于其独特的刺激响应功能,在药物递送、疾病诊断及生物医学成像等方面有广泛的应用。结论 pH响应型纳米载体在肿瘤靶向药物递送系统中有着广阔的应用前景。
Objective The research progress of several types of pH-responsive nanocarriers based on polymermicelles,polymersome,mesoporous silica nanoparticles and liposomes in tumor-targeted drug delivery systems was reviewed in this article.Research provides a reference for subsequent research.Method Using'pH-sensitive''drug delivery system''targeted therapy',etc.as a key word,and combined query the relevant documents in the database such as PubMed,Elsevier,SpringerLink,China national knowledge internet,Wanfang,Weipu,etc.Then summarized,analyzed and summarized.Results pH-responsive nanocarriers were a class of functional polymers that can change their physical and chemical properties according to changes in the external pH to achieve targeted controlled release drugs.In recent years,due to its unique stimuli response function,it has a wide range of applications in drug delivery,disease diagnosis and biomedical imaging.Conclusion pH-responsive nanocarriers have broad application prospects in tumor-targeted drug delivery systems.
