摘要
掺膨胀剂的补偿收缩混凝土已广泛应用于结构自防水、超长结构无缝施工、大体积混凝土裂缝控制等对混凝土抗渗、抗裂有特殊要求的混凝土结构中,不同膨胀剂在混凝土中的作用效果不同。然而,在应用过程中,由于对膨胀剂的应用存在一定的盲目性,往往造成膨胀剂无法达到预期膨胀效果。本文对比研究了两种膨胀剂在不同标号以及不同养护条件下的作用效果,通过对比分析,胶砂与混凝土的限制膨胀率存在1.8~2.2的比例系数,为实际工程应用提供参考。
Concrete with expansion agent has been used in the field of structure self-waterproofing, super-long seamless structure construction, crack control of mass concrete and such concrete structures which have special requirements on the anti-cracking ability or the impermeability. Different types of expansive agents have different effect on the concrete. But the agents do not always have the intended effect because of the certain blindness in the application process. The effect of two types of expansive agents with different compressive strength and curing conditions, are studied in this paper. According to the analysis, the proportional coefficient between the mortar and the concrete restrained expansion, which is about 1.8~2.2, is found and the coefficient can provide reference for engineering application.
