摘要
采用0.1mg/kg和0.3mg/kgABA浸种24h和36h,以清水浸种作对照,研究了ABA浸种对水稻秧苗生长和产量的影响。结果表明:ABA浸种处理水稻秧苗素质和产量均优于对照,其中浸种36h、ABA浓度为0.1mg/kg和0.3mg/kg的处理分别比对照产量提高9.5%和19.5%,ABA浸种处理的水稻平均产量比对照高9.9%。
By soaking seeds in two densities of ABA (0.1 mg/kg and 0.3 mg/kg) for 24 h and 36 h respectively,the effects of seed soaking with ABA on rice seedling growth and rice yield were studied, with the method of soaking seeds in clear water as the control. The results showed that the effects of soaking seeds with ABA on rice seedling quality and rice yield are better than those of soaking seeds in clear water. When seeds were soaked with ABA for 36 h, rice yields increased by 9.5% and 19.5% than those of clear water treatment, and the average rice yield increased by 9.9% than that of soaking seeds in clear water.
