摘要
对四边形结构二维位置敏感探测器(PSD)的单方向输出特性进行了实验研究,并用有限元法(FEM)进行了模拟和计算,计算结果与实验结果完全吻合。作为比较,还模拟计算了正方形一维PSD的输出特性。
The output performance of the tetra-lateral two-dimensional position sensitive detector (PSD) was experimentally investigated while only two of its four output electrodes worked alternately. Then the finite element method was used to simulate and calculate, and the computational results were agreement with the experimental data. As compared, a square one-dimensional PSD was simulated and calculated also. The conclusions are of practically significant for PSD design and application.
