摘要
研究结果表明,经口给予60Co-γ射线致死剂量8Gy辐射小鼠羊胎冻干粉可显著延长受辐射小鼠的平均存活时间(p<0.01),降低小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率(p<0.01);给予60Co-γ射线半致死剂量5Gy辐照小鼠羊胎粉,可显著促进受损外周血白细胞的恢复(p<0.01)。与羊胎冻干粉和灵芝多糖相比较,由冻干羊胎粉和灵芝多糖配方而成的羊胎灵芝多糖复合物能显著延长受照小鼠的平均存活时间(p<0.05),显著降低小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核的产生(p<0.01或p<0.05),显著增加外周血白细胞总数(p<0.01或p<0.05)。结果提示:羊胎粉具有抗辐射功能,并且与灵芝多糖具有抗辐射功能的协同效应。
The results indicated that fed by yang-tai powder(YTP),the survival times of mice radiated lethally by 8Gy 60Co-γ-ray were prolonged notably (p<0.01); the micronuleus rat in polychromatic erythrocytes (PEC) of mice radiated lethallyby 8Gy 60Co-γ-ray were much decreased (p<0.01), and the numbers of white blood cells (WBC) of mice radiated sublethallyby 5Gy 60Co-γ-ray were recovered notably (p<0.01). Compared with yang-tai powder and polysaccharide of GanodermaLucidum(PGL),the compound composed by YTP with PGL prolonged the survival time (p<0.05), decreased the numbersof PEC (p<0.01 or p<0.05),and increased the WBC of mice notably (p<0.01 or p<0.05).The results appear thatYTP has the function of radiation-prevention.YTP and PGL have the co-operation effects on the function of radiation-prvevntion.
