摘要
变距螺杆是石油、化工、轧钢等行业的关键零件 ,双头双楔型端面变深变距螺杆是其中较复杂的一种。本文介绍了基于UG软件的该类变距螺杆的造型和数控加工技术 。
The pitch-varying spiral flute in the fields of petroleum, chemical and steel rolling industry. The pole with pitch-varying spiral, trapeziform section and depth-varying flute is the more complicated one. The modeling and NC machining technology of this kind of the pole with pitch-varying spiral flute based on UG software, which has been applied for machining in practice, are introduced in the paper.
