摘要
分析了针尖和针板间距与放电功率密度的关系。放电功率密度随针尖间距的增大总体呈下降趋势,但针尖间距在9~20mm间变化时放电功率密度变化不大,考虑到放电稳定性和反应器制作成本选择针尖间距为20mm。放电功率密度随针板间距的增大而下降;在中等针板间距(约20mm)下,放电具有最大可注入功率密度。
With different space between needle to needle and needles to plane, the experiments of negative corona discharge have been conducted. Meanwhile, the effects of the space on discharge energy density have been analyzed theoretically. Generally, discharge energy density reduces with increase of space between needle and needle, but it has small change when the space is in the range from 9 mm to 20 mm. Considering the stability of the discharge and the manufacture cost of the discharge reactor, 20mm space is suggested. At the same time, discharge energy density reduces with increase of space between needles and plane, and the allowable discharge energy density is up to its maximum when the space is about 20 mm.
