高科技行业员工就业初期高离职率的经济学解释 被引量:12

Economic Explanation for the High Turnover Rate During the Hi-tech Employee's Early Career

摘要 对于员工离职的研究国内外的文献都集中在离职的动因模型和影响离职意图的各种环境变量上,然而员工作为人力资本的主体,他们的离职行为自然要考虑到经济学角度的投资的收益性与风险性。本文正是针对高科技行业就业初期的高离职率现象,从人力资本存量、生命周期、人力资本贬值、被动离职风险等角度对离职现象进行分析,指出高科技行业员工的离职行为与高科技行业的高人力资本贬值所引起的人力资本价值存量减少和被动离职风险增大有着直接关系。 Many researches have studied employee turnover models and environment factors which effect the intention of turnover, however, as the entity of human capital, the employee's turnover behaviors must have relations with the economic benefit and risk of invest. With analyzing high turnover rate in hitech industry from the stock of human capital value, the life cycle, the risk of value depreciation of human capital, and the risk of involuntary turnover, this paper points out that the hitech industry employee's turnover has a direct relation with the stock decline of human capital value resulted from high human capital value depreciation in hitech industry and the risk of involuntary turnover.
