摘要
目的 :探讨分析重症急性胆管炎内镜鼻胆管引流治疗对并发症的影响。方法 :对 1992～ 2 0 0 1年间 135例因胆石引起的重症急性胆管炎患者行鼻胆管引流治疗进行回顾分析 ,总结治疗方法及对并发症的影响。结果 :经内镜鼻胆管引流有效地控制了感染 ,改善中毒症状 ,为择期手术创造条件 ;引流术后可降低并发症的发生率 ;提高确诊率 ,减少胆道残留结石。结论 :鼻胆管引流治疗重症急性胆管炎可减少手术盲目性 ,降低术后并发症。
Objective:To evaltuate the effect of endoscopic nasobiliary drainage for acute cholangitis of severe type for complications.Methods:An ertrospective analysis was made on endoscopic nasobiliary drainage for 135 patients with acute cholangitis of severe type for gallstone from 1992 to 2001 in order to the effect management for complications. Results:Endoscopic nasobiliary drainage with effect controlled affect and meliorated venenation symptom. It was created conditions of choice operation; Drainage were got down rate of take place with complications; Drainage was adviced decide on diagnosis and reduced cholelithiasis of vestigital.Conclusions:Endoscopic nasobiliary drainage for acute cholangitis of severe type were reduced operations of sightless and got down postoperative complications.
