内窥镜下鼻腔、鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤手术

摘要 目的 :探讨鼻腔、鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的手术方法及其疗效。方法 :对 19例鼻腔、鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者行鼻内窥镜下肿瘤切除术。结果 :术后随访时间均在 1年以上 ,平均随访 2 6.8个月 ( 12～ 40个月 ) ,2例复发 ,2例 14个月至 2 4个月后失访 ,其余 15例均未见复发。结论 :鼻内窥镜下行肿瘤切除术 ,具有视野清晰、手术精确、创伤少、不遗留面部疤痕等优点 。
