摘要
在Cu-SnO2/Al2O3催化剂中,研究制备方法对顺酐加氢产物的调控。结果表明,采用共沉淀-浸渍法和共沉淀法制备的Cu-SnO2/Al2O3催化剂有较高的顺酐加氢制γ-丁内酯选择性,如使用共沉淀-浸渍法制备的催化剂,在280°C,顺酐转化率为94.4%,γ-丁内酯选择性为100%;而采用浸渍法制备的催化剂有较高的琥珀酸酐选择性,在220°C,顺酐转化率为98.5%,玻珀酸酐选择性为76.4%。
The regulation of products of the maleic anhydride hydrogenation by means of the preparation methods of CuSnO2/Al2O3 was investigated. The catalysts prepared by coprecipitationimpregnation or coprecipitation had high γbutyrolactone selectivity in maleic anhydride hydrogenation (100% selectivity to γbutyrolactone at 94.4% conversion of maleic anhydride was obtained over the catalyst prepared by coprecipitationimpregnation method). High selectivity to succinic anhydride was obtained over catalysts prepared by impregnation method (76.4% selectivity to succinic anhydride at 98.5% conversion of maleic anhydride at 200°C).
