摘要 通过对镀锌板的实验研究和理论分析发现:锌层使镀锌板r值下降的主要原因是锌层开裂而产生的抵抗镀锌板沿宽度方向变形的横向应力。镀锌板r值的下降程度不仅取决于基板的r值、锌层厚度与基板厚度之比,更取决于锌花的种类。r值下降对实际成形性的影响不大。 The effect of galvanized coating on rvalue has been investigated by experiments and theoretical analysis. The research shows that the transversal stress caused by transversal deformation of base sheet is the main reason of rvalue decrement, the extent of rvalue decrement depends on initial rvalue of the base sheet, the ratio of coating thickness to that of base sheet, even more the kinds of spangle. No great effect of rvalue decrement on formability of galvanized sheets was observed.
