摘要
在U74普通碳素轨的基础上,增加Si含量,调整C、Mn含量,加入合金元素Cr、Nb,设计出CrNb低合金钢轨钢。研究了该钢轨钢与PD3、BNbRE钢轨钢组织和性能差异。重点比较了3种轨钢的CCT曲线,加热温度与奥氏体晶粒及冲击韧性之间的关系,热处理前后的珠光体片间距,奥氏体晶粒度及其有关性能,并对Cr、V、Nb在轨钢中的作用进行了讨论。结果表明:CrNb轨钢的强度与PD3、BNbRE轨钢基本相当,CrNb轨钢淬透性明显好于其他两种轨钢。
This paper is devoted to the study of differences in microstructure and mechanical properties between CrNb new steel and PD3, BNbRE , especially the differences in the CCT curve, the relationship of heating temperature, austenite grain size and impact toughness, and the lamellar spacing of pearlite before and after heat treatment. The effect of Cr,V and Nb on the rail steel is also discussed. The results show that the strength of CrNb,PD3 and BNbRE is on the same level and the hardenability of CrNb is much better than PD3 and BNbRE.
