虎杖白藜芦醇超临界CO_2萃取研究 被引量:22

On SF-CO_2 Extraction of Resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum

摘要 采用超临界CO2流体技术对虎杖中白藜芦醇进行萃取,获得了初步萃取条件:萃取釜压力25MPa,温度50℃;解析釜压力5.7MPa,温度46℃,用无水乙醇及CY(自制)作为改性剂,同时用HPLC对萃取物进行白藜芦醇含量测定,可知CY作为改性剂效果最佳. Reveratrol,a microactive factor for preventing Hunan cancer, is successfully extracted from Polygonum cuspidatum by supercritical fluid (SF) CO2.The extraction pressure used in the experiments is 25 MPa and the temperature is 50 ℃,the pressure of separator is 5.7 MPa the temperature 46 ℃,0.2 mL CY and ethanol as modifier. Resveratrol in extraction is analyzed with HPLC.
