摘要
对质量小于10g的超微型转子的不平衡量进行了分析研究.首先对弹性支承刚性转子动力学特性进行了分析,建立了动平衡测试机转子动平衡分析的力学模型,然后用小波分析对所采集的信号进行去噪处理.经测试,不平衡量小于10mg·mm,相角小于2°,满足设计要求.
This article analyzes the unbalance of a rotor in super miniature rotor (whose mass is less than 10 grams).A dynamic balancing mechanics model of dynamic balancing measurement device is established according to the analysis about the dynamics specialty of the rigidity rotor with elasticity bearing. In accordance with wavelet analysis, a useful signal is extracted by the method of noise reduction. The conclusion is that the measurement accuracy of amplitude of unbalance is less than 10 mg·mm and phase less than 2°,and it satisfies the requirement of design.
