摘要
杂环化合物自发现以来 ,已经有一个多世纪的历史了 ,近年来随着结构分析和鉴定技术的进步 ,越来越多的杂环化合物被发现 ,杂环化合物的用途和应用范围也不断的拓展。本文论述了杂环化合物在生物工程、食品香料化学。
It was more than one century since the heterocyclic compounds were be found. With the development of structural analysis and identifiable technology, more and more heterocyclic compounds was found, and the applied field and purpose of them were wided.The application of heterocyclic compounds in biological engineering, food chemistry in flavours and aromas, orangnic synthesization, and dye chemistry was discussed in this paper.
