摘要
简要叙述了照相电解加工工艺过程和钛的电解加工特性 ,提出照相电解加工是钛板群孔加工的最佳方法 ,明确了加工中的关键技术 。
The technical process of photographic electrochemical machining and characteristics of Ti ECM are described. This kind of electrochemical machining is the optimum method for drilling group holes on Ti sheet and the key techniques are pointed out. The technical problems in group hole drilling on the damper bushing are solved.
