摘要
运用数学统计方法 ,对教师职称评审实行量化积分考核 ,使教学和科研工作的考核标准更加规范、科学、合理 ,有效地调动了广大教师主动钻研业务、奋发进取的积极性 ,增强教师的责任感 。
Mathematical statistics was applied in the integral check up in the evaluation of professional titles. This has made the check up criteria more canonical, scientific, and rational. It has also effectively encouraged teachers to gain professional proficiency and act vigorously, and heightened teachers' sense of responsibility. This is a trial of personal administration in institutions of higher learning in the new era.
