摘要
融资租赁是一种贸易与信贷相结合、融资与融物为一体的综合性租赁方式 ,在其诞生后的短短 5 0年获得了巨大发展 ,已成为世界设备投资的重要组成部分。本文在对世界融资租赁蓬勃发展的情况及我国与世界的差距进行说明的基础上 ,就我国融资租赁业当前存在的问题进行了分析 ,并指出应积极发挥商业银行作用 。
Being a comprehensive leasing business in which trading and crediting are combined and the circulation of fund and material integrated,financial leasing business has made huge progress in the past 50 years since its first emerge,forming the most important part in the world equipment investment.The article,based on the explanation of the development of financial leasing business in the world and the differences between China and other countries,makes a detailed analysis of the problems existed in the leasing industry in our country,going further and pointing out the exertion of the function of commercial banks by developing leasing business.
