摘要
为了对江苏省社区卫生服务中心 (站 )卫生人力开发进行评价 ,我们选择了社区卫生服务搞得较好的、初见成效、有代表性的 3个城市 (南京市、无锡市和徐州市 ) ,从每个城市中抽取部分区 ,调查区所属社区卫生服务中心 (站 )卫生人力资源情况。结果显示本省社区卫生服务人力相对不足 ,按人口服务比例尚缺素质高、服务能力强的全科医生、护士等 ,目前应加强现有卫生人员的必备技能和知识的培训 ,在现有基础上逐步配备好各类社区卫生人员 。
In order to guide the community health service and offer the basis of macroscopic decision for our governments,we evaluate the health manpower development of the community service centers (stations) in Jiangshu.Three cities (Nanjing,Wuxi and Xuzhou) were chosen in this study.We sampled several community service centers (stations) to investigate the health manpower resource in each city.The data was analyzed by Stata 7 0.The community health service manpower is lack relatively and the family doctors and nurses with high quality and ability are short in our province.We suggest that we should train the essential skills and knowledge for the persons being,and complement various community health persons gradually so as to supply the health service of six-part-whole for the all.
