摘要
本文对水稻抛秧苗盘式育秧播种机的传动系统进行了设计研究。对该机传动系统在常规水稻盘秧播种和抛秧盘秧播种作业时,各传动比进行了分配,以及传动部件三角胶带、套筒滚子链进行了设计。经试验表明,该传动系统传动性能良好,各装置工作协调,安全可靠,达到设计要求。
This paper indicates the researches on the design of transmission system of the plate breeding transplanter of casting the rice seedlings. Each step transmitting ratio is distributed properly, even its V-belt and rolling chain were designed suitably when its transmission system works in the style of distributing rice seedlings or casting rice seedlings. As the trails show, properties of the transmission system are very good, every unit works harmoniously, safely and reliably, and can meet the design requirement.
