摘要
采用热压烧结工艺制备了添加微量Mo_2C的Ti(C_(0.5)N_(0.5))-(Ni-Co)-Mo_2C-Cr_3C_2系Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷。对三种不同Cr_3C_2含量材料的力学性能、断口形貌和磨削表面压痕裂纹扩展进行了研究,结果表明:Cr_3C_2含量增加,抗弯强度呈增加趋势;Cr_3C_2含量低于8%(质量分数,下同)时,材料的断裂韧性下降不大,Cr_3C_2含量超过8%后,Cr_3C_2含量增加,材料的断裂韧性急剧降低。
Ti(C0.5N0.5)-(Ni-Co)-Mo2C-Cr3C2 system cermet with low content of Mo2C was fabricated by hot pressure technology. The mechanical properties and SEM microphotography of the fracture surface and indention crack propagating on ground surface of the Ti(C,N) based cermet with different contents of Cr3C2 were discussed. It is shown that the flexure strength increases with the increase of Cr3C2 content and the fracture toughness of the cermet slightly decreases with the content of Cr3C2 when Cr3C2 content is less than 8%(mass fraction) and deeply decreases when Cr3C2 content more than 8%.
