摘要
主要介绍了一种圆筒型动铁式直线振荡电机的构造及其工作原理,用有限元法进行了静推力计算并与测量值进行了比较,计算和测试结果相比较所得的最大误差为25%。该电机结构简单,运行平稳,可用于小功率电磁阀控制的开关系统中。
This paper introduces the structure and operating principle of a kind of cylindrical linear oscillatory actuator (LOA) with a moving core, makes comparison of the results of static trust simulation by finite element method (FEM) with the measured values and the maximum error is 25%. The LOA can be used in the switch system controlled by a electromagnetic valve because of its simple structure and smooth operation.
