摘要 针对某桥梁上后张法PC空心板梁在生产过程中出现的两种端部裂缝,对照已有的试验结论,从各个侧面分析裂缝产生的原因,并有针对性地提出防止裂缝的措施;首次推导出预测类似裂缝发生的判定条件,为PC空心板梁的梁端截面尺寸及配筋设计提供了理论依据。 In the light of the two kinds of end cracks occurring during production of the posttensioned prestressed concrete (PC) hollow slab girders of a bridge and with reference to the test conclusions thereof, the causes of the crack formation are analyzed in various aspects and precautionary measures against the cracks are proposed. The judgment conditions for predicting the cracks similar to the abovementioned are derived for the first time, which provides theoretic basis for design of end section dimensions and arrangement of reinforcement of the hollow slab girders.
