坪北特低渗透油田压裂工艺技术的研究与应用 被引量:8

摘要 针对坪北油田低孔、低压、特低渗、低含油饱和度、低产、低温、浅层的中型岩性油藏特点 ,通过大量室内及现场试验 ,优选出了与其相适应的低温压裂液及裂缝支撑半径 16 0m、前置液百分数 15 %~ 2 0 %、平均砂液比35 %~ 4 0 %、加砂程序 15 %~ 2 5 %~ 35 %~ 5 5 %等压裂施工参数 ;实施“深穿透、细分层、快排液”的试油压裂方法 ,增产效果显著。现场应用 5 18井次 713层 ,工艺成功率 99 4 %。这一压裂工艺技术充分挖掘了油层潜力 ,保证了油井正常投产。 The feature of PinBei oilfield is a low porosity,low pressure,extra-low permeability,low oil saturation,low production,low temperature,shallow mid-scale lithological reservoir.By a great deal of indoors and field experiments,low temperature fracturing fluids suited for the reservoir is optimized,and propped fracture radius is 160m,other parameters of fracturing operation are also optimized such as the average sand fluid ratio is 30%~40%,the percentage of pad fluid is 15%~20%,the procedure of adding sands is 15-25-35-45-55%.Carrying out the oil testing and fracturing method of deep penetrating,carefully dividing layers and quick excluding fluids attain striking effect.In the field,the fracturing technology has been applied 518 wells,713 layers have been fractured ,the rate of success is 99.4%.$$$$
