摘要
为了提高设计工作的效率和质量 ,满足市场对产品开发迅速多变的需求 ,针对基于知识的机械产品智能化设计的特点 ,结合知识工程的原理和 CAD技术 ,对设计知识的获取与表达方式、智能化设计的实现方法进行了研究。通过对 CATIA知识工程顾问模块的二次开发 ,结合碟簧系列化模具的设计实例 ,探讨了实现智能化设计的基本方法和一般步骤。
Knowledge based intelligent design can promote efficiency and quality of design and meet the rapid and variant requirements of markets for product development. Aiming at the characteristics of the knowledge based intelligent design of mechanical products and combining the principles of knowledge engineering with technology of CAD, the methodologies of obtaining and representing design knowledge and implementing knowledge based intelligent design were studied in this paper. Taking an intelligent design of dies for disc spring as a practical example the basic method and procedure of a knowledge based intelligent design were discussed based on a redevelopment of the knowledge advisor workbench of CATIA V5.
