摘要
随着全球化市场竞争的加剧 ,供应链的发展是从内部供应链向外部供应链过渡 ,其性能评价也经历了从内部供应链 (企业内 )性能评价向外部供应链 (企业间 )性能评价的过渡。供应链的研究和应用已相当广泛 ,但根据一项研究报告 ,只有 2 %的应用了供应链的企业达到了世界级水平 ,差不多有 75 %的企业在平均及以下水平 ,其中一个主要的原因就是缺乏有效的供应链性能评价指标和评价方法。本文中作者通过对 10 0多篇相关文献的检索和整理 ,总结了当前供应链性能评价的研究现状和存在问题。在此基础上 。
With the global market competition,Supply Chain is changed from internal supply chain to external supply china.Its performance measurement is developed from inter enterprise measurement to outer enterprise measurement.Research and application on SC are very extensive,but according to a investigation,only 2% of enterprises who use SC are world class,and nearly 75% of them are under average level.One of the main reasons is lack of an effective and efficient performance measurement index and measurement method towards supply chain.Based on the survey on more than 100 related documents,this paper summarizes the research status and existing problems in the performance measurement of supply chain.A few potential developing trends for further research in these areas are discussed at the end of the paper.
