摘要
鲁宁输油管线上应用SCADA系统成功实现数据采集和远程监控。详细介绍了系统的组成、软硬件配置、系统通信、系统功 能,阐述了密闭输油水击控制、联锁保护和系统时钟同步、系统安全性的实现方法。该系统2001年2月投入运行,实践证明系统是有 效、安全、可靠的,提高了输油自动化水平和经济效益。
The application of SCADA system in Lu-Ning petroleum pipeline successfully implements data acquisition and remote supervisory. The system composition, hardware and software configuration, system communication and system junctions are introduced in detail. The implementations of water-hammer control for airtight piping, interlock protection, system clock synchronous and system security are described. The system has been put into operation since February 2001. The practice shows the system is effective, safe, and reliable; and enhances the level of petroleum pipeline automation and e-conomic effectiveness.
